Kent Fire & Rescue Service Safety Programme

Yesterday we had Vernon from Kent Fire & Rescue into school to talk with the children about fire safety.


Years R, 1 & 2 talked about the role of the emergency services and the number to call whilst also being shown the dangers of matches and candles.

Years 3 & 4’s talk went on to fire plans and how to escape a fire while Years 5 & 6 were also shown how to deal with a burn and thinking about safety first.

No doubt your child showed you the Stop, Drop & Roll!
